1. Order & Delivery

  • All orders placed on our website will be processed and shipped as per the delivery schedule shown at checkout.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days after the product is delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened.

  • Refunds will be initiated only if:

    • The product is damaged,

    • The product is defective, or

    • The product is wrong/mismatched compared to what was ordered.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

  • If no unboxing video is provided, we may not be able to accept the return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products used beyond initial inspection

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If a wrong or damaged product is verified through the unboxing video, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement, depending on customer preference and stock availability.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed through the secure payment options provided on our website.

  • We do not store any card or banking information.

7. Product Colors & Variations

  • Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Minor design or shade variations are not considered defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data will be used only for order processing, delivery, and support.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to any third party.
